A deposit of 20% of the overall balance (estimated from the information we first receive from you) will be taken when you book your event; the balance of the event has to be paid one to three weeks prior to your event, depending on the time of year.

Note: All buffets will remain to a high standard providing they are located within a cool area. No matter how many people you cater for, we will always try to give you the best price. If numbers increase or decrease as your event gets closer, we will be happy to adjust the final cost; one way or the other.

Although we prefer not to, we may be able to work on short notice bookings depending on prior booking commitments; though we will always try to cater for your needs.

 

Cancelling your order

If you wish to cancel your booking, you will be given 10 days before your function date in which to cancel, before you lose your deposit.

 

Food Quality

We at Ross Catering only use the highest quality ingredients from reputable suppliers, ensuring the best produce for your special occasion.

Food delivery

Your food will be delivered at the time specified by you as and when you book your function. Access to premises and parking responsibilities for delivery are to be insured by you, and no charge will be incurred by us for parking.

All food will all be prepared on the day of your function/event (where possible) and delivered in the appropriate, insulated hot/cold storage bags/boxes.

 

Note: Cold food will stay fresh as long as it’s not left by radiators/heating or in direct sunlight and will be appropriately covered by ourselves.

 

Note: As standard, Inclusive with all bookings are the costs of paper plates, napkins/serviettes and disposable cutlery. (If preferred)

 

Note: Although these Terms & Conditions are standard on occasions, it may be necessary to adjust to help with the smooth running of the event which will be agreed when the booking is accepted.

Legal Terms for hired goods

 

We can provide ceramic crockery and sets of cutlery, tablecloths, Wedding table decoration 

 

When you place your order, you are agreeing to and will be bound by these terms and conditions

 

All equipment remains the property of Ross Catering Company and any breakages with be charged at the current purchase cost

 

No substitute of damaged goods will be accepted as a replacement under any circumstances

 

Ross Catering Company reserves the right to update any prices with 4 calendar weeks notice.

 

We will require a 20% refundable deposit when you confirm your booking, this will be refunded when all items have been checked on return with no damage or shortfalls.

 

A time will be agreed when you book regarding drop off pick up of equipment as our drivers can not always wait! a delivery charge will apply if it is not collected on the time stated.
